‘……………..THE latest hotel to open in the Capital is a further sign of the strength of Edinburgh's economy, city leader Jenny Dawe said today. Fraser Suites recently opened its first city hotel on St Giles Street.

The 75-apartment hotel was formerly the home of council offices and had lain empty since staff moved to new headquarters at Waverley Court in 2007.

After a visit to the hotel, Councillor Dawe said: "The rooms and facilities are beautiful, and many of the apartments boast breathtaking views across the city’.

The designers at Maxwell Green were both very helpful and efficient on the refurbishment project which they did for us in our North Berwick office.

We are delighted with the result and feel their ideas worked very well …
