A recent venture into the retail market has seen Maxwell Green Design Ltd open the stunning new space – DESIGN SOURCE. The new interiors showroom promises to be an excellent design source for architects, domestic designers and the general public alike, including marble, stone, fabric, rugs and bespoke furniture. “With the big name interiors shops all following a very similar formula, we want to provide design conscious customers with the opportunity to purchase something that will really stand out from everything else currently out there” said Lisa.
‘STYLE BAR OF THE YEAR’ The Capital's bar with no name, known as SYGN in Charlotte Lane, was crowned 'Style Bar of the Year' at the 10th annual Scottish Licensed Trade News Awards, the industry's biggest night of the year, held at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow. Maxwell Green Design were commissioned by SYGN’s owner Mark Fraser in June 2007 to update the existing interior to create a softer, more relaxed atmosphere and a stylish, sexy bar. Patrick Duffy, Managing Editor of the Scottish Licensed Trade News, said “Judges in the category were wowed by SYGN's bold and opulent decor, heavily inspired by Paris and New York. The bar really stood out, there wasn't anything else out there that matched it.”
MAXWELL GREEN DESIGN would also like to welcome Deborah Brannigan as the newest member of the team. Deborah’s position within Maxwell Green Design is a combined role as administrator and marketing manager.
